- You learn how to make yourself a priority. Stand up and speak out for your needs and desires.
- You will realize that your history does not have to dictate your destiny. We have the power to re-invent ourselves anew each and every day.
- You break free of old patterns and habits that no longer serve you so you can move forward towards your visions and dreams.
- Acquire tools on how to "focus on the level of the solution," not to stew on the problem (Einstein).
- Learn how to turn your "inner slacker" into an "inner achiever" and your "inner critic" into an "inner cheerleader".
- Learn how to "keep guard at the temple gate" - how powerful our words are. The things we watch, listen to and read all have an affect on our subconscious mind.
- Learn the power of affirmations and how to reprogram those old "tapes" lodged inside our heads.
- You will address those issues that have been holding you back and take ownership of them so you can move through them.
- Learn how to think and act more positively while living in a mostly negative society.
- Learn the "law of attraction" that what we focus on (losing weight, money, etc.) we attract more of into our lives.
- You will be challenged weekly with homework assignments designed to stimulate you in all facets of mental, physical & spiritual development.
- Learn that motivation is overrated. You need to form new habits that support your goals. That means sometimes doing it even when you don't feel like it.
- It will raise your self-esteem and confidence levels.
- Many who have completed the program have gone forth with the courage to leave bad or abusive relationships, quit jobs that were unsatisfying and move on to a career that allows them to "follow their bliss."
