Successful 1st Annual Family Fitness Food Drive

The 1st Annual Family Fitness Food Drive was held on December 9th and was quite a success! There were approximately 30 people (adult, children & disabled) in attendance and we filled up two huge recepticles full of canned food for Food Share - Ventura County's Food Bank.

The event was sponsored by the Body & Life Makeover, located at Soul Body Yoga, 6591 Collins Suite E, Moorpark, CA 93021. It featured a fun workout in the park to support family health & fitness while, at the same time, helping out the community!
